Digital Asset Exchange (DAX)
CoKeeps can be utilised to establish a centralised cryptocurrency exchange catering to both desktop and mobile users, facilitating buying, selling, and trading of coins and tokens. Behind the scenes, CoKeeps efficiently manages wallet addresses and transactions, offering a seamless user experience. By leveraging both the CoKeeps Cold and Hot Wallets alongside our custodial service, you can configure your exchange to ensure rapid liquidity and robust security.
Retail users are provided with unique deposit addresses for the coins supported by your exchange. They can enter your ecosystem by either transferring coins from external sources into these deposit addresses to enable selling, or purchasing coins with your fiat currency platform and withdrawing them to external destinations.
The majority of deposited assets are transferred to a highly secure multi-signature account managed by your designated officers (signers) and a third-party entity, such as a custodian like CoKeeps. Swift withdrawals can be facilitated by transferring a portion of the multi-signature account to machine-managed withdrawal account after approvals on destination addresses have been obtained.

Initial Exchange Offering (IEO)
Like the DAX setup mentioned previously, the setup for an Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) is very similar. However, with the addition of using CoKeeps Smart Contract module, you can manage all tokens issued under your responsibility throughout the entire campaign.
If token issuers deploy the smart contract themselves, you can import it into the CoKeeps Wallet and interact directly with the smart contract, utilising all available smart contract functions with either a single or multi-signature account created using CoKeeps Wallet.
By using multi-signatures generated via CoKeeps Wallet, you can create a checker and maker-like operation for any smart contract functionality, where specific addresses have permission to perform certain actions.
Smart contract interactions can also be conducted from your own administration platform if desired, by integrating with the CoKeeps Hot Wallet.
By providing a desktop, web or mobile application for your end users to invest in a campaign, upon a successful campaign, distribution of tokens to externally owned accounts of your users can be facilitated through the Hot Wallet withdrawal. Additionally, filter and audit procedures can be implemented before the transfer is executed.
